Step 3: We Take It From Here

Monitoring starts the moment you connect. Your Google Business Profile is checked continuously — when a new review appears, we detect it within minutes.

This is not generic business advice. It is based on what your actual customers said in the last 7 days.

Common Concerns

What if the AI says something wrong?
RepliedBy never makes promises you have not authorized, never references specific policies it does not know, and never engages in arguments. Responses are always safe, professional, and measured. You can also enable approval mode to review everything before it posts.
Will it respond to spam or fake reviews?
RepliedBy responds to all reviews by default. If you have specific reviews you want to exclude, you can flag them in your dashboard. For obviously spam reviews, the response is brief and neutral.
What if I want to respond to some reviews myself?
If you respond to a review before RepliedBy does, it detects that and skips it. You always have priority. RepliedBy only responds to reviews that do not already have an owner response.
Can competitors figure out I use this?
No. There are no watermarks, no signatures, no tells. Every response is unique and written in your voice. There is no pattern for anyone to detect.
